Solidarity: Support for a Free Iran...
As the people rise to demand democracy and freedom in Iran, we've been inspired to make these "Solidarity" shirts in support of the cause. Proceeds will be donated to Amnesty International until a foundation more directly related to this cause can be located. Shirts are available in three colors for both men and women, mostly in green - signifying solidarity in the fight for a free Iran.
As the mainstream media hasn't kept up on recent events in Iran as well as blogs and Twitter have, please check Andrew Sullivan's "The Daily Dish" blog for updates, news, and information regarding Iranians' fight for their rights. (Please note that Mr. Sullivan is not involved in this project; we simply feel he is providing the best coverage of these events as they occur in Iran and around the world.)
Who are we? In case you are not aware, we are a group of artists who run the Formula Werks clothing label and artist collective. We are doing these shirts to show our support for the movement; you can also follow us on Twitter here.
This is all set up via PayPal, through which you can also use all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover - without having a PayPal account.
